In my on going effort to remain as informed as possible, regarding ways to improve my company's ability in any ways, to HELP SERVE OUR CUSTOMERS- and to achieve the best possible results- When it comes to Assuring that their Home or Business will be back to normal as quickly as possible- After experiencing a Water, Sewage or Smoke Damage.

I am-Because os this commitment & in conjunction with these agencies, The California Department of Health Services, The Center For Disease Control, and The County Health Department making this IMPORTANT HEALTH INFORMATION available to all Trades, Services and Professionals- so that they can be aware of the possible Health Concerns that They,You or I, and our Customer may be faced with if exposed to any of these Mold Mildew conditions, that have been made worse by the excess moisture from the Heavy Rains and expected ideal growth temperatures of our climate- from 68 degrees to 86 degrees.

For over 30 years performing Clean Up and Restoration under emergency conditions- This is the first time the Health agencies have emphasized the need for Awareness of a Mold/ Mildew-Fungi that can cause extremely Severe Health Consequences or Death! Though the percentages of exposure are minimal to most people- If you are dealing with, in anyway a Structure or Carpet or soil that has gotten Wet and not treated and dried in the proper manner, then there is a very real possibilty that some form of Mold/ Midlew has developed that can cause structral concerns and possilbe health problems

(eyes, nose,throat, irratation, coughing, headaches, lethargic, digestive problems, bleeding etc.) and in case of STRACHYBOTRYS ATRA possilby worse!

It is estimated that 2.9% or approximately 3 homes per 100 could be effected with this Dangerous Fungi--- Don't take the chance for your customer. If you know of Wet carpets, Walls/ Ceilings, Damp wood, Soil etc. Let them know there is a service that can help them eliminate their concerns- We can and Will !

There is no charge to inspect the property that might be affected, We will work with their insurance Carrier when applicable, or we will make arrangements that are acceptable for them. The bottom line is to help them and eliminate their problem.
